Who we are
TechPlusAPAC is an SAP partner based in Singapore, delivering DataXstream OMS+ across the Asia-Pacific region. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TechPlusAPAC. You can reach us at info@techplusinternational.com.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect directly is what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site:
- Your name
- Your company or organisation
- Your email address and phone number
- The topic you're interested in
- The contents of your message
Our hosting and email providers also log standard technical information — IP address, timestamp, user agent — needed to deliver the site and your message reliably.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry, scope a DataXstream OMS+ engagement, or answer a general question. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't share your details with unrelated third parties for advertising.
Sharing
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact-form submissions to our inbox. Resend acts as our email sub-processor and only processes the data needed to send the message. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent or share your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as it's useful to follow up with you and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the address below.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and equivalent laws where they apply, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw any consent you've given. Email info@techplusinternational.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security
Traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the inbox that receives contact-form submissions is restricted to staff who need it. We don't collect or store payment-card information on this site.
